Design & Illustration

In addition to my limited edition prints and original works, I undertake a range of design and illustration projects, some of which are shown below.

These include my own books: Plants and Places, published by Merrell, which gathers together my prints and the landscapes and plants that inspire them, and The Book of… series for Thames & Hudson, created with the writer Christopher Stocks. Pairing my illustrations with Christopher's text, the series so far covers wild flowers, garden flowers and pebbles.

Alongside these are commissioned book jackets, calendars, cards and stationery, and since 2005 I have designed fabrics and wallpapers for St Jude's, as well as a dress fabric for Liberty.
